Privacy notice

What happens to the email address you give us on mostio.eu. Version of 7 November 2026.

Who is responsible

The private individual who publishes mostio.eu (no company has been set up yet). Contact: hello@mostio.eu. We will tell you our full identity on request, and this notice will name the company once one exists.

What we collect

Only what you type in the waitlist form: your email address, plus which form you used and the date. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking. We do not store your IP address.

Why, and on what basis

To tell you when Mostio's early access opens. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR, article 6(1)(a)), which you give by joining and can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

Until early access opens and you have been told, and at most 12 months after you joined. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Who processes it for us

Cloudflare hosts the site and the waitlist database (stored with a Western Europe location hint). Cloudflare may process data outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If you write to us, the message is delivered to a Proton Mail inbox. We do not sell or share your address with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your address, or withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@mostio.eu. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr) or to the data protection authority of your country.
